Service Process

1. Demand Analysis

Understand the specific needs and water quality of customers.
Collect data, such as water source type, pollutant concentration and treatment target.
Confirm the customer's budget, usage scenario and expected effect through questionnaires or interviews.

2. Design Modeling

Based on the results of demand analysis, formulate a detailed equipment design plan, including process flow and system layout.
Select appropriate technology (such as reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, etc.) and materials to meet the specific needs of water quality treatment.
Perform 3D modeling and functional simulation of equipment to ensure the feasibility of the design.

3. Manufacturing

Process and assemble equipment parts in the factory to ensure that each component meets the design requirements.
Carry out necessary process tests, such as pressure test and flow test, to ensure equipment performance.
After completion, perform final assembly of the whole machine and perform functional tests to ensure its normal operation.

4. Quality Control

Develop detailed quality inspection standards, including materials, processes and performance.
Conduct random inspections and full inspections at all stages to ensure that each product meets the standards of the destination country and industry.
Use advanced testing equipment (such as water quality analyzers and pressure testers) to conduct rigorous performance tests.

5. Installation and Commissioning

Transport the equipment to the customer's site and make necessary installation preparations.

Perform operation tests on the equipment to ensure that it performs stably in actual use.

6. Training Service

Provide detailed equipment use training for customer operators, including daily operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Conduct assessments after the training to ensure that operators have the necessary operating skills.

7. After-Sales Service

Establish customer files and conduct regular return visits to understand the equipment operation status and customer satisfaction.
